My journey in real estate began over a decade ago. I launched my first business, over the years I would buy/sell and start many more. Those businesses occupied commercial property in which I would lease or purchase. This process taught me not only about commercial property, but also financing; both creative and traditional. I have also dabbled in "fixer upper" properties. I gained new skills in renovating that quickly became a labor of love. Since then, I have bought, sold, and exchanged real estate ranging from historic properties to newly built homes along with commercial income-generating property. I decided to obtain my license so I can help others through the process .
